Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes.

International shipments may be subject to customs charges and clearance that may cause delays beyond our original delivery timeframe.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees. These will remain the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS 

Land and Sand Essentials have a 14-day refund or replacement policy. Please contact us as soon as possible and outline the details of the fault so we can arrange a replacement or refund. All faulty goods must be received and assessed before replacement or refund is given.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds due to “change of mind” unless it has a manufacturing fault. We will exchange a product if it is unused and in its original condition. Please note: Shipping costs will be at your own expense. Please contact us regarding any of the above and ensure to include your name, contact details and order number.

If by the off chance a Sold Out item is purchased, you will receive an email as soon as possible and offered a replacement or a refund.
